Console enables you to engage with your audience in an open and transparent public group chat.

Case study: The Console team

  • In our community channels, you'll find that we have public channels open for anyone to view. These channels are set to "Read-only," allowing everyone to watch but reserving posting privileges for our team members only.

  • Our Q&A channel, on the other hand, allows both reading and posting by anyone. It serves as an effective channel for maintaining a close feedback loop with your most dedicated supporters and collaborators.

  • For private discussions, we utilize several private channels to talk about user-specific information, financial planning, and other sensitive topics that we choose to keep confidential.

Our development team is actively present on Console every day, often meeting in the community.
